One of the UK’s leading classic motor insurance brokers has announced its launch of a new document portal for new and existing customers to access policy documents online.
Footman James, a classic motor insurance specialist, is proud to announce the launch of an online document portal where new and existing customers can log in to access their policy documents.
Furthermore, Footman James has developed a range of additional cover options for enthusiasts to tailor their policies. These tailored options are known as FJ+ and include a wide range of products such as wedding hire, breakdown and nil deduction salvage retention.
The move from paper policy documents to an online document portal has been a result of continued growth of the business and the continued development in technology. Footman James understands the importance of better environmental stewardship and is keen to play their part reducing the business’ environmental impact. With an online portal, documents can immediately be sent to customers and accessed simply by logging onto the portal on the FJ website.
Initial feedback from the portal has shown this is a move in the right direction with customers commenting: “I wish all companies were as easy and as pleasant to conduct business with”.
Footman James is committed to maintaining their Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation awarded for great customer service and sees this portal as a way to improve customer satisfaction.
David Bond, Footman James’ Managing Director said: “We are proud to be leading change in the classic motor industry with this online portal. We understand that classic cars are more than just vehicles; they are a passion and a labour of love so we want to make owning one as easy as possible.
We endeavour to continue growing and finding new ways to improve the customer’s journey and we see this online portal as the beginning of better things to come”.
