1972 Dodge Charger 440 R/T SE

American muscle car in a highly original, period correct state.

This rare R/T SE Mopar B Body unmolested, original, muscle car features a big block Mopar 440 V8 and is finished in Mopar Orange. Having been built in 1972 at the Iconic Lynch Road factory in the heart of motor town and the car spent most of its life in Minnesota.

Approximately 600 72’ RT/SE spec cars were ever produced on an order only basis making this a rare survivor. Imported in 2016 the car has been overhauled inline with the original factory model, keeping as many of the original parts as possible.

The car features a full professionally rebuilt 440CI big block V8 motor, mated to a 3 speed A727 Torque Flight automatic transmission and is fueled by a brand new Edlebrock carburettor. A full high quality stainless steel duel exhausts system gives this car the sound it deserves. Hideaway headlights make the front end shout power and muscle whilst power steering and power assisted brakes as fitted from factory make this iconic car easy to drive.

The new heavy vinyl roof keeps the exterior looking as good as the day it was built. The Original radio and bumper jack are also still with the car and in great condition. The car has also been inspected by a UK registered and licenced M.O.T centre.

The Car is fully UK registered, plated and comes with V5 with log book. Matching Vehicle Identification Number on the car and all paperwork confirms this to be the genuine article.

The extensive overhaul of all running gear, suspension and key steering components makes this 70’s car fun to drive. Not much has been left untouched on this fine example of a 1970s American Classic. The list is comprehensive and engine builder’s paperwork is included.
